CELERY, HEART OF PALM AND PARMESAN SALAD

Serves 6: 6 large stalks of white celery, 8 hearts of palm, shaved parmesan cheese, salt, Moletto Extra-virgin olive oil Integrale.
To prepare: Coarsely slice the celery and hearts of palm. Mix together and dress with the salt and extra virgin olive oil. Arrange on a serving plate and shave parmesan cheese over the top.
