Soil: with a high presense of “caranto” a particularly hard and compact composition of clay and limestone.
Trellis System: spur-trained cordon
Plant Density: 2.500 plants per hectare
Age of vines: 22 years
The fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, using selected yeasts. The wine was then racked into pressurized tanks for 12 months, and the sparkling process was carried out using the long 'Charmat method'.
Colour: brilliant pale yellow.
Bouquet: very delicate with harmonious fruity flavour.
