Soil: with a high presence of "caranto" a particularly hard and compact composition of clay and limestone.

Vinification
It is cold, in stainless steel vats, with fermentation at controlled temperature of 18°C / 64°F. The wine is then racked and refined in stainless steel vats for 6months before bottling.
Tasting notes
Colour: straw yellow.
Bouquet: captivating the perception of a delicious bubble gum, sweet and pleasant, inviting to perceive over and over again. Stands out a light apricot that highlights a delicate blend of sweetness and the sour smell typical of this fruit.
Taste: return of the perceptions already being felt in the nose in a complex and intense body, fresh and fruity with good balance and persistence.
