Growing Region:  Belfiore di Pramaggiore - Venice Province - Veneto Region
Altitude: 7 m A.M.S.L.
Soil: with a high presense of “caranto” a particularly hard and compact composition of clay and limestone.
Exposure: east/west
Trellis System: spur-trained cordon
Plant Density: 2.500 plants per hectare
Age of vines: 31 years


Vinification

The grapes were vinified in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation, begun using selected yeasts. The wine was then left to mature in still tanks before bottling.



Tasting notes

Colour: straw yellow, intense. 
Bouquet: to the nose you perceive an incredible exuberance of olfactory notes to be discovered in all their complexity. Elegant the floral bouquet from which notes of wisteria and chamomile are released.
Taste: full-bodied, dense and of considerable value. A complex wine, in which to try a whole series of perceptions, new tastes, typical of its 'ancient' grapes, and all to be rediscovered.
