Altitude: 9 m A.M.S.L.
Soil: Motta di Livenza Vineyard Soil - flood plain origins of natural clay and limestone.
Exposure: east/west
Trellis System: spur-trained cordon
Plant Density: 3.000 plants per hectare
Age of vines: 14 years

.Vinification

The grapes are vinified in stainless steel vats, with a maceration on the skins for about 10 days at controlled cold temperature. A gentle pressing was followed by a refined fermentation. The wine was then racked into pressurized tanks and, using the 'Charmat method'.

Colour: ruby red.
Bouquet: fruity, generously aromatic, with a touch of wild berries.
Taste: semi-sweet, dry and harmonious.
A lively wine, pleasingly well-balanced, with a great personality.
