An autochthonous red wine dense and intense as the blackberry when fully ripe, that is perceived first by the nose and then on the taste. An important wine, round and firm.
Ideal with red meats, dressed pork products, game and strong, aged cheeses, including herb cheeses.

Age of vines: 30 years
The grapes were vinified in stainless steel, with maceration on the skins for approximately 25 days at a temperature of 26°-30°C. Alcoholic fermentation was followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging in stainless steel continued for 18 months until the wine was transferred into bottles.
Colour: ruby red.
Bouquet: so much the blackberry perceived! Depth vinosity.
Taste: you can taste the sweetness of the blackberry when fully ripe. Really like a jam. An important and fascinating taste, full and firm. Harmonious wine with great balance and pleasure.
