The fermentation in stainless steel vats, using selected yeasts at controlled temperature, was followed by the sparkling process in pressurized tanks using the 'Charmat method'.

Taste: in the mouth it is not excessively full-bodied but it is extremely pleasant and satisfying so much so that its being brut, guarantees cleanliness that favors its re-tasting.
