From best bunches of Verduzzo grapes, left to shrivel until the end of the harvest, this white wine delicately sweet, agreeable, full, slightly tannic.

A short maceration of the grapes in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature, was followed by gentle pressing. The fermentation was extended until the desired sugary residue is attained. Then the wine was left to mature in stainless steel vats until bottling.
Colour: golden yellow.
Bouquet: intense, fruity, generously aromatic reminiscent of nuts, enveloped in a nectar of plums.
Taste: delicately sweet, agreeable, full, slightly tannic.
