.Vinification
The fermentation in stainless steel vats, using selected yeasts and at controlled temperature, was followed by the sparkling process in pressurized tanks using the 'Charmat method'.

Colour: straw yellow with golden reflections, brilliant.
Bouquet: intense and pleasing with sharp scent of almonds and honeycombs.
Taste: semi-sweet with an extraordinary fresh savory balance. What the nose perceives is confirmed on the palate: honeycomb, hazelnut and honey accompanied by a cleansing tannicity that make this a delightful sweet spumante sparkling wine.
