ANGLER FISH ON MISTICANZA

Serves 4: 600 gr angler fish, salt, pepper and Moletto Extra-virgin olive oil Integrale.
Misticanza: salad, lettuce, rocket, soybean bud, carrots cut into strips, salt and Moletto Extra-virgin olive oil Integrale.
To prepare: Carve the fish into 1-in. slices and each one in 1½-in. pieces. Heat a non-stick frying pan and cook the angler fish on all sides for at least 3 minutes. Salt and pepper.
Dress the vegetables (misticanza) with salt and extra-virgin olive oil. Divide them into four servings and arrange the angler fish on top.
