PROSCIUTTO AND PEARS COOKED ON BUTTER

Serves 4: 12 slices of prosciutto (Parma or San Daniele ham), 4 firm pears, butter.
To prepare: Peel the pears, cut them in four pieces, heat the butter in a non-stick pan, add the pears and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Divide prosciutto into four servings and garnish with two pieces of tepid pear each.
