ORANGE CAKE

Ingredients: 3 eggs, grated peel of 2 oranges, juice of 2 oranges, 200 g sugar, 300 g all purpose flour, 1 envelope baking powder.
To prepare: Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the orange juice and grated peel, fold in the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks and the baking powder. Mix well. Spread the batter in a greased cake pan. Bake at 180°C for approx. 45 minutes.
