Winifikacja

After maceration, vinification in steel at a controlled temperature. Then the fermentation on selected yeasts. Follow the rest and maturation in steel tanks before bottling.

Color: deep ruby red.

Bouquet: intense, fruity nose of morello cherry.

Taste: full-bodied, enveloping in all its richness of fruity scents that are accompanied by a roundness due to the important alcohol content. Velvety, soft, well balanced the tannic, acid and savoury components. Wine of great structure.
