Judging Notes: Pale lemon/silvery appearance. Sweet smelling, cream soda, but slighty faded fruit note there too. Palate has some freshness to offset sugar, but not much fruit either, finishes a little firm and watery.
Silver Medal (score 89) PROSECCO Doc Treviso BRUT
Judging Notes: Lemon yellow appearance. Hint of bruised apple on the nose. Palate quite tense, firm, fresh, some green apple, touch of bread, quite tight. Ok, not very complex. Bit hard. Some cream. Touch of bitterness.
