Glera and Riesling grapes, gently crushed and fermented at a controlled temperature, are then distilled under a vacuum.
Tasting notes
Crystal clear and perfectly colorless, it offers an elegantly intense and harmonious bouquet of fruit and floral overtones with exquisite hints of apple, pear and white blossoms characteristic of its grape varietals.
It is smooth on the palate, thanks to its hint of sweetness, lack of tannicity and moderate alcohol content.
