Real varietal character shows in this wine's full, dry plum and berry fruit. There are some slight green notes, but they're more tobacco-like than bell-peppery. This wine's faint rose hue shows the rarely seen but true pink color of the Pinot Grigio grape. A fragrant peach-and-herb nose, crisp but not hard texture and decent weight mark this solid example. Commento conclusivo: Una lieve flessione in consistenza controbilanciata da un più rilevante incremento di integrità: cresce allora questo bicchiere. Piace il Cabernet Franc, la cui mora è selvaggia ai profumi. Piace il lampone che dopo la deglutizione regala il Tocai Rosso. I bianchi devono guadagnare suadenza e morbidezza, così i rossi.
