"ESTATE ROMANA" EVENINGS KICK OFF WITH VINOFORUM

The 5th Vinòforum—the "tastiest" village in Italy—is being held through June 26th in Rome. In the 6,000 sqm space of the Lungotevere Maresciallo Diaz center, next to the Foreign Ministry building, the city of Rome is hosting an inviting exposition of traditional Italian wines and food products. The protagonists of the event, held within this completely-renovated space, are the over 1500 wines and 250 producers, each representing their home region. Moletto Winery is also present with its own “table” of wines and other fine products including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and grappas. Vinòforum will kick off the Estate Romana events. Visitors will be accompanied along a wine and food itinerary filled with tempting offerings prepared by chefs like Fabio Baldassarre and Massimo Riccioli. The other event not to be missed is the "Ateneo dei Sapori Sensoriali" (Academy of Flavor Sensations) that will provide the village with creative and flavorful combinations. An important aspect of this event is its social commitment as seen in the collaboration with UNICEF.
