Serves 8: 300 g dark chocolate, 40 g all-purpose flour, 3 eggs, 100 g heavy cream.
To prepare: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Let cool, then add the eggs, flour and cream.
Grease and flour 8 aluminum baking cups, fill them with the mixture and bake in a pre-heated 200°C oven for 8 minutes. Take the tarts out of the oven, overturn onto individual dessert places and serve hot accompanied by a light custard or vanilla ice cream.
