Tasting notes
Colour: ruby red.
Bouquet: pronounced black cherry, almost intrusive. And then a wild strawberry. But this will not be a surprise if there was tasting experience of Malbech grape. Harmonious envelops a sweet note.
Taste: return fruity perceptions perceived by the nose. It definitely feels a perfect astringency to balance the acidity. A warm wine, full bodied, pleasant and certainly matched with red meat because of the persistent tannins. Dry finish.

Serving suggestions
Certainly to match with red meat. Well also with meat or mushroom risottos, rich stews, grilled white meats, prime poultry and when fully aged is perfect with game.
